A Private Content purchase identifies a prepared selection associated with a character. Check that selection before spending, especially if you have several logins.

Review the item rather than the badge alone
Read the character name, preview, pack description and unlock requirement together. An MPC badge indicates a type of content, not a universal pack included on every profile.
Prepared media is different from asking a generator to create a scene. Choose the generation tools when your goal is a new result from your instructions.
Check an unlock that appears missing
Return with the original account and inspect the purchase reference. If the pack still looks unavailable, report its name and approximate unlock time instead of immediately paying again.
Keep your credentials out of the report
Support can investigate an identified item and transaction. Do not send passwords, card security codes or an entire private chat to demonstrate a missing pack.

Can a Private Content pack be changed by rewriting my prompt?
The pack is a prepared selection. A new prompt belongs to the supported generation tools, not an existing pack unlock.
What should I check before repeating a pack payment?
