Candy AI tokens and monthly allowances
Tokens are used by actions that show a token charge. An active text subscription does not remove those charges, so check both your plan and balance when choosing a media feature.

Where tokens are used
Supported image, video, audio and interactive actions can draw from your token balance. Private Content unlocks and metered experiences can also have their own prices. There is no single amount that describes every image, clip or interaction.
Read the selected action before confirming. A preview, a generated result and an unlock for prepared content are not interchangeable purchases.
When the included allowance arrives
Premium includes 100 monthly tokens and Premium Plus includes 330. The replenishment follows the subscription anniversary, not a universal calendar-month reset.
If a balance looks wrong, check the subscribed account, replenishment date and recent actions. Signing into a second account will not move tokens from the first.
Buying more without repeating a charge
A top-up buys the quantity and total shown for that purchase. It is separate from the recurring plan. Review the currency and amount before confirming rather than inferring a rate from an old screenshot.
When an action is charged but appears stuck, record its time and feature before trying again. Repeating it may submit another paid request.
Common questions
Why do I need tokens while my Candy AI plan is active?
Your subscription covers the text access and included allowance for its tier. Token-priced media and interactions remain separate uses of that allowance or an extra purchase.
How many tokens come with each Premium tier?
Premium includes 100 tokens per month and Premium Plus includes 330. Check the tier attached to your account when reviewing its balance.
Do all accounts replenish tokens on the first of the month?
No. Included monthly tokens follow the subscription anniversary. Look at the account's replenishment information rather than the calendar date alone.
Can a top-up restore a missing conversation?
No. Purchasing tokens changes the balance for eligible actions. It does not recover a deleted chat or transfer another account's history.
What should I keep for a disputed token action?
Note the character or tool, action name, approximate time and error. Those details let support identify the request without asking you to expose an entire private conversation.
Are my monthly tokens a daily free-token refill?
No. The 100-token Premium allowance and 330-token Premium Plus allowance are included in a paid subscription and replenish monthly. They are not a daily free-account reward.
What happens to unused tokens when my subscription ends?
Our subscription terms say remaining tokens expire at the end of the paid period after cancellation and do not carry into a later subscription. Check the terms attached to your purchase before relying on a remaining balance.
