Candy AI adult content and moderation rules
Candy AI includes adult-oriented, NSFW character chat and media. Access is for adults, and content remains subject to age, consent, likeness and safety rules. Those boundaries apply to custom characters and illustrated styles as well as realistic media.

Adult characters and eligible users
Users must be at least 18 and meet the legal access requirements where they live. Do not bypass an age check or create a misleading age declaration.
Requests involving exploitation of minors or sexual depictions of people resembling minors are prohibited. Calling a character fictional or using anime artwork does not remove that restriction.
Consent and rights remain necessary
Do not request non-consensual intimate material, unauthorized likenesses, deceptive impersonation or infringement of another person's privacy and rights. A custom-character field is not permission to imitate anyone.
Prohibited material also includes illegal or harmful conduct, threats and discriminatory harassment. A change of conversation tone or model instruction is not a way around these boundaries.
Moderation and reporting
Automated moderation and review of flagged material can lead to removal, account restrictions or other appropriate action. Access to an adult-oriented feature does not mean the absence of moderation.
Report a concern by identifying the item and explaining it concisely. Avoid publicly redistributing the material or sending unrelated private conversations.
Common questions
Does Candy AI allow every request because it is for adults?
No. Adult access remains subject to content rules, applicable law, consent and likeness restrictions across chat and media tools.
Are anime characters subject to the same age restrictions?
Yes. Illustrated and fictional representations are not exceptions to restrictions involving minors or exploitation.
Can I use a custom profile to imitate a real person without permission?
No. Character creation does not establish consent or rights to someone else's identity, especially for intimate or deceptive material.
What is the appropriate way to report prohibited content?
Send support the relevant reference and a brief explanation. Do not circulate the material publicly to demonstrate the concern.
Does NSFW or uncensored mean there are no content restrictions?
No. Our adult-oriented features still have age, consent, likeness and prohibited-content rules. A mode or profile description does not switch those restrictions off.
What if a permitted message is mistakenly flagged?
Keep the wording of the error and the relevant context, then ask support to review the specific case. Do not try to evade the control or expose an unrelated private conversation.
